7. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, compliance concerns, payment issues, restricted destinations, or shipping limitations.

Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to review and cancel orders before fulfillment.

8. Shipping and Risk of Loss

Orders may be shipped through USPS, UPS, or another comparable carrier. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer to the fullest extent permitted by law. Green Room Delivered is not responsible for carrier delays, refused packages, incorrect shipping addresses, weather delays, lost packages after confirmed delivery, or stolen packages.

9. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped. Returns are not accepted on hemp-derived products, consumable goods, opened items, or final sale items.

Refunds, replacements, or store credit may be reviewed only for damaged items, incorrect items, lost packages before confirmed delivery, or verified fulfillment errors. Customers must contact us within 3 business days of delivery for review.

10. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse our website, products, or services. Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:
