Thank you for shopping with Green Room Delivered. Due to the nature of our hemp-derived products, all sales are final once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped.
1. Returns
For safety, compliance, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hemp-derived products, opened products, consumable goods, flower, vapes, edibles, concentrates, limited-release items, promotional items, or any product that has left our control.
2. Refund Reviews
Refunds, replacements, or store credit may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis only in the following situations:
- You received the wrong item.
- Your order arrived damaged.
- Your package was lost before confirmed delivery.
- There was a verified fulfillment, processing, or inventory error on our end.
To request a review, contact us within 3 business days of delivery at info@greennotedelivered.com. Please include your order number, full name, delivery address, and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label if applicable.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Depending on the situation and available inventory, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund after review.
4. Shipping Delays
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, address errors, refused packages, failed delivery attempts, routing issues, or delivery problems outside of our control once the package has been handed to the carrier.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once tracking confirms delivery, Green Room Delivered is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or delayed packages. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure before placing your order.
6. Product Storage After Delivery
Hemp-derived products may be affected by heat, sunlight, moisture, age, or improper storage. Customers are responsible for retrieving packages promptly after delivery and storing all products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, children, and pets.
Green Room Delivered is not responsible for melting, leaking, degradation, alteration, decarboxylation, or loss of quality caused by weather, shipping conditions, delayed pickup, or improper storage after delivery.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed, packed, or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment, we may be unable to cancel or modify it.
8. Final Sale Items
All hemp-derived products, sale items, promotional items, discounted items, limited-release products, and consumable goods are final sale unless otherwise required by law.
