Shipping Policy

Green Room Delivered ships eligible hemp-derived products to permitted locations within the United States, subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed during normal business hours. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days may ship the same day when inventory, compliance review, and carrier availability allow. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays typically ship the next available business day.

Processing times may vary based on order volume, inventory availability, age or compliance review, holidays, weather, carrier availability, or other operational factors. Same-day shipping is not guaranteed.

2. Shipping Origin

Orders are shipped from Wilmington, North Carolina.

3. Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped through USPS, UPS, or another trusted comparable carrier. Available shipping methods may vary by destination, product type, carrier policy, and shipping restrictions.

A tracking number will be sent by email once your order ships. If you do not see a tracking email by the expected shipping date, please check your spam or junk folder.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Orders shipping to most parts of North Carolina generally arrive within 1–2 business days after carrier pickup. Most domestic orders arrive within approximately 2–5 business days, depending on destination and carrier conditions.

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays may occur due to weather, holidays, routing issues, staffing, address problems, or other events outside of our control.

5. Discreet Packaging

All packages are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no cannabis-related wording or Green Room Delivered branding on the exterior. Vacuum sealing may be used as needed for freshness, discretion, and product protection.

6. Shipping Eligibility

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or restrict shipments to any state, city, county, territory, military address, international destination, or jurisdiction where hemp-derived products may be restricted, prohibited, or otherwise unavailable.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered are legal to purchase, possess, and receive in their location.

7. Restricted Destinations

We do not ship internationally or to locations where hemp-derived products are restricted or prohibited.

At this time, we do not ship hemp-derived THCA products to the following states:

  • Hawaii
  • Idaho
  • Iowa
  • Kansas
  • Louisiana
  • Maine
  • Utah

Restricted shipping areas may change at any time based on law, carrier policy, platform requirements, or internal compliance review.

8. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delayed, returned, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, failed delivery attempt, or customer error, additional shipping fees may apply.

9. Risk of Loss

Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer to the fullest extent permitted by law. Green Room Delivered is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages after confirmed delivery, stolen packages, or misplaced packages after delivery confirmation.

10. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Shipments

If your package is lost before confirmed delivery, arrives damaged, or contains the wrong item, contact us within 3 business days at info@greennotedelivered.com. Include your order number, full name, delivery address, and photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label if applicable.

11. Heat-Sensitive Products

Some products may be affected by heat, cold, sunlight, or extended transit times. Customers are responsible for promptly retrieving packages after delivery and storing products properly.

We are not responsible for melting, leaking, degradation, decarboxylation, or product changes caused by shipping conditions, weather, or delayed pickup after delivery.
